What is your path?

For centuries, Buddhist monks and nuns have gathered on the days of new and full moon — Sojong days — to pause, reflect, and renew their commitment to the path. How can we meet the challenges of today’s world and live with greater kindness, clarity, and simplicity?

Bi-weekly gatherings

You are warmly invited to join bi-weekly gatherings which are offered in the same spirit of Sojong: a moment to slow down, contemplate our path, and explore the next steps. These meetings are open to everyone, regardless of your background. Each session stands on its own.

On full moon days, our gathering is kindly hosted (in English) by our community in London. On new moon days, Nalandabodhi Netherlands hosts (in Dutch). You can learn more and register on this What is My Path? page

Contemplations and Aspirations

Here you will find short reflections on our gatherings, together with the readings and stories of the Buddha and his earliest followers we explored as a mirror – offered as an invitation to continue contemplating your path, sharing your aspirations and joining those of others for a kinder world.
